There are a lot of ways to tell about a person, and clothes are one way. Clothes can tell you a lot about a person, but sometime not. Sometime you see a person with cheap clothes, and you think his probably is poor, but sometime you are wrong. However you can see a lot of rich persons in the world they don’t like to buy expensive clothes. Actually if they buy expensive clothes they can’t be a rich. So far clothes can tell a lot about a person, but two things are usually clothes tell you.
First clothes can tell you where is person from, which country. Every country has its own clothes. And sometime when you see a person you can guess where the person from is. Sometime clothes can tell you what the person religion is. Each religion has its own clothes. For example Muslim women most have scarf and when you see a women with scarf you know she is the Muslim or Buddhist always shaving hair and they wear Buddhist clothes.
Clothes also can tell you what a person is thinking of, for example people who like rap music always dress up like rappers, which are big t-shirts and baggy pants. Or people who like metal always like to wear black clothes. Sometime clothes can tell you person is rich or poor, and another way to know the person is high class is clothes.
Finally clothes can tell you a lot of think about person, but I think clothes some time give people wrong information for example, when you see president of Iran clothes you don’t think he is a president.

A young couple lived in a small Northeastern city. The wife worked for a technical company far away from home and she usually got home after dusk. It was a stormy day. The rain had been falling really hard most of the day. Some electric poles had been broken down by the rain heavy rain and wind. The husband got home around 5pm and prepared for the dinner as usual. He expected his wife to get home around 8pm like she always did. From the kitchen, he could hear the noise from her footsteps. He called out his wife’s name but didn’t get any response. The dinner started out like every other dinner. One thing that was different from this dinner was that she didn’t talk at all. He thought she must have been very tired from a long day at work. He was angry, but he decided to forget about it and go to bed early. They went to the bed after the quick meal. It was raining very hard outside and the room was completely dark. He almost fell asleep, but he could still feel his wife’s touch. It was so cold when she touched him. Her hand felt like ice. He decided to hold her to keep her warm. However, the wife’s body felt very wet. He wondered why her body was so wet. He just thought she went out into the rain after the meal. When he woke up next day, he quickly went into the bathroom. Then he turned on the radio to listen news in the morning. Suddenly, he heard there was an accident last night and one woman died. The woman who died had the same name as his wife! He ran into the bedroom and he couldn’t believe his eyes. In the place where she slept was empty. There was just a pile of blood. His wife was gone.

one of the bad peaces of news I heard this year was a fire in California. Sunday noon when my friend told me about the fire I thought it’s just a small fire. But when I saw on the news I felt very bad. When I saw a house on fire and people going out of town because of fire, It was very sad. And I was thinking if this fire happen in Fullerton what we should do. It’s really scary, but if this happening to me I think I can help just my roommate and my neighborhood. I wish it dosnt happen again

American language program problems

American language program (ALP) has a lot of problems, and they must fix those problems to help students to study better. Since ALP has great teachers to help students to improve their English, and help them to pass a TOEFL with good scores. Alp has a three problem and if they didn’t fix the problems they couldn’t help students.
First problem they must fix are teachers. They have great teachers in alp, but some of them are not helpful in high level classes and they most teach in lower level classes. For example, when ALP accepts a new teacher they must put them in lower level classes. After the teachers can suitable in lower level classes then ALP can put them in advance level classes. But you can see in fall 2007 they accept new teachers but they put them in high level classes and the teacher are not helpful for those students who are in the high level classes.
Second problem is buildings they use for ALP students. After the class Alp students must walk far to another classroom, and they always get tired during the class. ALP must find a building only for ALP students for helping students save energy. Furthermore, teachers also get tired because ALP classes are far from alp office. If they could do this in the future it will be helpful for students and teachers.
The third problem is long break times. Students spend a lot of time between each class. And most of students in break time didn’t speak English and they just used their native language. Alp arranged long break time because they didn’t have enough buildings. So they can do another activity during class for example students can spend an hour with their teacher and classmates in the public place. It will be more helpful because student will use English. But now most students didn’t use their time in a good way.
Finally ALP will be the one of the best ESL Schools in the U.S if they fix the problems. So far they have great teachers in their program which is another school they don’t have. By the way ALP has one teacher who is always in level three, I think they must change her, or she needs to change her teaching ways to students for example, when I was in her class, most of student don’t like her class and they hate the teacher because she uses a wrong way to teach students. ALP must pay more attentions on students, and listen to students’ opinion, which is last time dean Norman told me.

Before 2000 years ago they were people called Celts .they were lived in what is Ireland, UK and north France now. Their New Year was in 1 November, and they believed a day before New Year death and live become one. The name of Halloween came from Christian church. They also believed in Halloween night spirits of death became on earth and they worried if spirits of evil would hart them, so they wore costume of evil or ghost because spirits think they also were gouts so they don’t hurt them. The tradition of Halloween was carried to America by the immigrating Europeans people. These days Halloween is not usually considered a religious holiday. It’s also fun day for children. They dress up like people thousand years ago, but they don’t worry about ghost and they go knock the each door and say “trick or treat”, and house’s owner give them some candies.

If I could visit any place in the world I will go to Iran which is my hometown want visit Iran for their reason, first reason is that my family, I really missed my family. Last time I seen my family was 3 years ago. And if I don’t have visa problem I will go back in chrisms. the second reason I want go to Iran is to visit one city that I want visited 3 years ago when I was in Iran, but I couldn’t visited because I had bad accident .i wish I could visit this city one time. finally ,friends I had a lot of friend I didn’t seen them I really missed my friend I want see all of them, but most of them are marrid.bay the way the water in my country is a amazing you can see 3 season at same time in Iran

I have a big problem with toilet in U.S .it doesn’t matter for me toilet is automatic or manual. In Middle East we have water in the rest room for cleaning our self wait water. In our religion we must clean our self wait water. First time when I came U.S, I didn’t had any idea about restrooms, and I had bad time in rest room. Actually I hate restrooms in U.S. because it takes a long time to clean myself.

I used to go to Iran in summers. Just because the beautiful winters that my home city has. At my home city in winter, snow will cover everywhere. It was like my home city is a bride with white wedding dress. Last year when I was in buffalo in New York, always when there was a snow I would remember my home city and how beautiful the winter was in my home city.

I lived eight months in American family,and it was disgusting. In this family every thinkg was crazy,I live with mother home stay and her own son .First I want to start wait food, they eat hamburger, pizza, and spaghetti .They eat just fast food .on weekend they just think about drinking. The son usied bad worlds to his mother I was surprised when he talked to his mother like this. And the mother just works and looks for boy friend’s .I think American love their pets more than their children. And house was messy and she didn’t clean the house .I think American dont care of their children. There just working. My impression of children in the United States is bad.

most of people think the best place is hometown, and I think my favorite place is my hometown too. I think we didn’t answer the question. We like hometown because we grow there and we have a lot of friend. I have a lot of favorite place and I want to tell you one of my favorite places. My favorite place in U.S is Niagara Falls in buffalo. Niagara Falls is between America and Canada. And I lived there for six month. In spring city always is white because of snow. In my short period time a lot of people helping me, but one person helping me a lot, he were my family friends. He was 10 years older then me. And he understands me better then my other friend. He was tall and hansom. His face was scary but most women like him, he was little bet fat. And he didn’t smoking and drinking alcohol. Actually he hates smoking and alcohol He told me when I was child don’t drink and smoke, but sex is ok when you are coming older. And he always tell me don’t talk wait girl more then 3 month. When I was 15 years old I had girl friend in Iran and I told him about my relationship wait the girl, and he told me to break up because you live in Kuwait and you must spend a lot of money and wasting your time. At this time I didn’t listening to him and after 2 month I heart from my friend she had boy friend in Iran. After that I always was listening to him. However when he was worried his voice booming and he scar me, so he was like my older brother and he helping me a lot. And I really miss him because I need his help now because I am in confusing time I lost my way. How ever it’s my problem and I must ``fix, I wish I chose a best way. Bay the way he is 31 years old now and he marred and has 1 child.

ghost stori reading class

A laundress, newly moved to Charleston following the Civil War, found herself awakened at the stroke of twelve each night by the rumble of heavy wheels passing in the street. But she lived on a dead end street, and had no explanation for the noise. Her husband would not allow her to look out the window when she heard the sounds, telling her to leave well enough alone. Finally, she asked the woman who washed at the tub next to hers. The woman said: "What you are hearing is the Army of the Dead. They are Confederate soldiers who died in hospital without knowing that the war was over. Each night, they rise from their graves and go to reinforce Lee in Virginia to strengthen the weakened Southern forces."
The next night, the laundress slipped out of bed to watch the Army of the Dead pass. She stood spell-bound by the window as a gray fog rolled passed. Within the fog, she could see the shapes of horses, and could hear gruff human voices and the rumble of canons being dragged through the street, followed by the sound of marching feet. Foot soldiers, horsemen, ambulances, wagons and canons passed before her eyes, all shrouded in gray. After what seemed like hours, she heard a far off bugle blast, and then silence.
When the laundress came out of her daze, she found one of her arms was paralyzed. She has never done a full days washing since.

about 5 years ago I had this great chance to study English at an American Institute of English, but instead I didn't study and I went out with my friends all the time. because of that, I missed the opportunity to learn English and get better in it.if I were my self three years ago I would study hard. now I know that instead of going out with my friends, I should have studied. in the nearby future I should study more and harder to get good grades and move on to college. on that time, I didn't realize that English is so important. I have learned that id better to use my opportunities in the best way it is possible
